Operational Reliability
Preventive Maintenance Protocol
As documented in our corporate management manual: "A comprehensive program of equipment maintenance is practiced to avoid any surprise failure and to use equipment up to its optimum level."
Equipment maintenance includes scheduled inspection, servicing, and preventive checks. Mixers, vibrators, generators, and lifting machinery receive routine mechanical checks prior to concrete pours and continuous operation on site.
Maintenance Highlights:
- Pre-pour mechanical inspections of concrete mixers and vibrators
- Routine calibration and alignment verification for Total Station and optical levels
- Standby vibrator needles and backup dewatering pumps on critical pours
- Inspection and quality checks of scaffolding pipes, clamps, and couplers
- Regular servicing of site generator sets and welding plants
